Scope
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to Thorxianbloxaryn for digital guides, templates, recorded materials, structured programs, challenges, and scheduled guidance sessions sold through thorxianbloxaryn.world or checkout flows we link from it. Free resources are outside this policy.
Digital products and downloads
When you purchase access to a digital file, workbook, or recording, delivery occurs when we make the content available in your account or send a download link. If a technical failure on our side prevents access for more than forty-eight hours after purchase despite your reasonable attempts to follow instructions, contact us; we will either restore access or issue a refund at our discretion.
If you simply change your mind after accessing the full file, refunds are generally not required unless mandatory consumer law in your region grants a cooling-off right that has not been validly waived for digital content (see the next section).
European Union and United Kingdom consumers
If you qualify as a consumer under EU or UK law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days without giving a reason. Exceptions apply to digital content if delivery began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights may be lost once delivery starts.
Where a valid withdrawal right exists and you have not waived it, we refund all payments received within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Programs and challenges
For cohort-based or dated programs, you may request a full refund before the published start date minus non-refundable payment processing fees we are charged, if we disclose those fees at checkout. After the program begins, partial refunds may be available when you withdraw for reasons outside your control that we verify in writing, such as documented relocation or prolonged illness that makes participation impractical—we assess each case individually.
We do not offer refunds because results varied from expectations; our materials are informational and individual outcomes depend on many factors we do not control.
Live sessions and consultations
If you cancel a booked session more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled time, we typically refund any prepayment or offer rescheduling at no additional fee. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may be non-refundable except when we cancel or need to reschedule first.
If you do not join a session without notice, we may treat the fee as earned to cover reserved time.
Physical goods
If we occasionally ship printed materials, defective or damaged items may be replaced or refunded when you notify us within fourteen days of delivery and provide reasonable evidence. Return shipping costs follow applicable consumer law and any terms stated at purchase.
Failed payments and duplicate charges
If your card was charged twice for the same order due to a processing error, we refund the duplicate amount promptly after verification. If a subscription or installment fails, we may retry according to the rules shown at signup before canceling access.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can review ledgers and resolve good-faith issues. Chargebacks opened without attempting resolution may result in suspension of future purchases.
How to request a refund

- Your full name and the email used at checkout.
- Order or receipt reference.
- The product or session name and purchase date.
- A short explanation of the reason for your request.
We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically initiated within five to ten business days. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post credits to your statement.
